SUMMARY:Craft for a Cause: Patch Workshop
DESCRIPTION:"Craft with a Cause" is a Clever Octopus project to do good for the community\, utilizing our reclaimed items. In this workshop\, participants will create two handmade embroidered patches\, which will be sewn onto two different vests. One would be for the student to take home\, and one will be kept for COI to a local shelter.\n\nThis workshop is taught by Laurie Knowley\, a mixed media artist currently obsessed with fiber art. All materials are reclaimed and from the Creative Reuse Center\, so everyone's final project will be unique to them!\n\nSaturday\, March 28\, 2020\n\n06:00 pm - 08:00 pm\n\nThe Clever Octopus Campus (2250 S West Temple)\n\nCost: $15.00 (includes all materials needed)\n\n*All deposits and balances for on-site workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable\, even if you miss the class. Clever Octopus will consider your missed class fee as a donation towards outreach programming.
